So I've set myself at eating 1870 calories on average and was wondering if on days that I do no exercise should I eat at sedentary level. I've worked out this past week everyday by taking a walk for 30 or so minutes and went to the gym monday for an hour. Today I've eaten 1810 calories, but just for future reference on non exercisong rest days should I just eat like 16-1700 calories? Sorry to be a bother but I really would like to be sure so I don't end up gaining! I have a bit of paranoia about that!
Yes-- when you set it at light activity it will give you the number for a light activity day. If you don't burn the same number of calories every day, though (like most normal people) then you should adjust your calories that day to fit. ^^
