Help understanding the Burn Meter?

Quote  |  Reply

I'm new to this calorie counting sight and am a bit confused with the "Burn Meter". What is the burn meter and how do I use it?

Any help would be appreciated!

I was confused myself and just figured it out.  As the day progresses, it shows you how many calories you have burned so far (the bold number) and the smaller one shows how many calories it would take for you to maintain your weight.  The food meter should show fewer calories than that number if you are trying to lose weight.  Hope this helps.
Thank you so much for the reply. It makes sense now that I had it explained!
