Depends on what you are doing the rest of the week.

Age, weight, height, gender?

How many calories are you consuming during the week?

How many should you be consuming each day?

Doesn't sound like binging to me, just sounds like some bad eating habits that need to change.
well i'm a 21-year-old college female, about 5'7", 195 lbs

during the week i generally consume between 1200-1500 calories- i recently was under doctor supervision to lose weight (so far i've lost about 40 lbs) and they recommended that i try to stick to around 1500 or so. my eating habits are relatively good during the week- i avoid junk food, i don't drink alcohol, i try to take in a sufficient amount of protein and fiber, and i tend to guzzle water. it's just the weekends that kill me.
yeah, i know how you feel. When everyone is drinking, it's really hard not to. Just try to be aware of what you're doing. Instead of having a beer have a light beer and drink it more slowly or maybe have a shot of vodka with a diet sprite. You can stil party without absolutely killing your diet. As for junk food, when everyone else is eating it and shoving it in your face and asking why don't you have some, it's horrible, i know. Sometimes i feel like people are trying to sabotage me! You just have to be strong. If everyones eating cake, try having some fruit or something. You're still eating, but you're saving yourself hundreds of calories, and you wont feel SO deprived.

It's really hard when it seems like everyone else can eat whatever they want, but just stick with it! You're doing great.
well whatever your doing on the weekends STOP unless your fine with re-gaining weight each monday. don't keep doing the same things and wonder why your gaining. its basic common sense.

Maybe if you left off the alcohol and changed your junk food to fruit you would do ok. If you know what is causing your weight gain, it would seem an easy choice to make. I think you have to always have it in your mind what your goals are, because being with friends and doing what they do can sometimes get you off track. If friends drink and party, it is hard not to do the same... I don't know if that is your situation or not... but it might help to think out the weekend agenda before the weekend even gets here.
Let's clarify here. Are you binge eating, or are you just making poor dietary choices?

If you are binge eating and out of control of your food consumption, you need to consult your physician PRONTO.

If it's the latter, the first step is to stop giving yourself permission to slack off on weekends. Either your healthy diet is important, or it isn't. We all crave an occasional treat, but that doesn't have to be binge drinking and an entire pizza. The first step to controlling your weekend eating is to limit your alcohol intake, so you are aware of your body's feedback. By all means, budget one or two beers with friends into your diet, but limit your drinking. If you allow yourself an indulgence or two and limit your drinking, I bet you'll find that your overeating becomes a thing of the past.
The drinking on weekend thing doesn't end when you get out college.  I've been out of school for a while and still end up doing it once and awhile.  It's hard not to drink when you want to go out with your friends, try and have a glass of water or two between drinks.

One thing I always find helps is exercise. After I'm physically active I have absolutely no appetite and can turn down any food for about an hour. I think if you went on a 30 minute jog when you feel a binge coming on will really help! Not to mention the exercise burns pretty good calories, so if you did end up binging after the jog, you would already have taken a chunk of calories out of the way.

but again that's what works for me. I hope my advice is helpful! =]

Alternate soda waters with lime between alcoholic beverages. Not that anyone besides you is keeping track of what you are drinking (and for the most part "they" don't care what you are drinking or what your scale says on Monday). Mixing in a no-cal drink may help space things out for you.

It does come down to your priorities. What you put in your mouth needs to be metabolized. Guess what - if you eat and drink more than you burn, you gain weight. The Buzz or The Butt? Your call.
