Help! Weight gain for entrepreneurs!

Hi,

I'm a fresh made entrepreneur and a proud owner of a seed stage business. I've joined the calorie count about 2 weeks ago, but haven't managed to count anything so far.

For the last 9 months my schedule has been so busy, that 90% of the meals I consume come from restaurants and diners. So there is no space for meal plans or calorie counting.

Since now Im at 135lbs and my target is 165, with the daily intake of approximately 3000 cals, a question arises:

Is there any recipe for a home made shake, that would have 3000 calories or anything close, that I could drink in between my irregular meals and business meetings? At this point Im ready to blend and drink anything, just to reach my goal. :)

For information, I don't consume any fast food, jog every morning and attend gym 3 times a week.

This will be a pretty large milkshake, but it really packs in the calories.

  • 8 oz Boost or Ensure Plus (350 calories)
  • 1/2 cup heavy whipping cream (400)
  • 1/2 cup haagen-daaz ice cream (300)
  • 4 TB peanut butter (380)
  • 1 banana (100)
  • 1 scoop protein powder (100)
Total:  1,630 calories

Thanx Swimfan93!!!!!

I'll jump to the shop to get all te ingredients. This sounds as a good and delicious start.

Other suggestions welcomed!!!
