Help me, weight loss has come to STAND STILL and i need advice . . . .

Okay so heres my story . . i stopped smoking and ate lots therefore i was 162.4lbs and i want to be 130lbs and right now i am stuck at 139lb and cannot budge it!

 I exercise every single day at high intensity level for an hour and 15 minutes, i eat lots of fruit and veg and have even increased my calories but nothing is happening!

Im sorry i just feel so demotivated, i dont know what to do!!!

im going to start eating a slice of melon before meals as this is proven to aid metabolism . . . has any body got any suggestions or advice for me . . . please?

You never said how tall you were? Is it possible your body likes it where its at? You know a few lbs might not make much of a difference on you if you exercise that much you probably look toned and in great shape. Sometimes I think our bodies are trying to tell us something when we get to a huge plateau, its saying look girl this body is rockin and I like it that way!
hi, in addition to your height, can you tell us your age and how many calories you are eating? Perhaps there are some suggestions to help fine tune what you are doing.

Look on the weight loss page for a post from 2beittybitty with great recommendations from her nutritionist that she went to see.  It is a long post but very with the read.
