Help would be wonderful. :)
okay so im lindsey and im 16 years old
and i weigh 152 pounds..
im trying to get down to 130 but i have no idea what to do, im not a bad eater, i eat realitively healthy foods and i play club soccer and soccer for my highschool. i have 2-3 practices a week, and 2 games on the weekend. On the days i don't have practice i work out at my house. I haven't lost any weight for a long time, and I don;t know what i'm doing wrong.
Any suggestions or tips?
