So... I have constipation problems. Always have... but there is a sandwhich that whenever I eat it... I can go. I have to eat it first thing in the morning, and it always works. If anyone has any insight into what ingredients might be responsible... that would be AMAZING!

Here are the ingredients:  Whole Wheat Flour, High Gluten Protein, Green Bell Peppers, Onion, Soy Sauce, Vegetable Broth, Basil, Sage, Thyme, Black Pepper, Seasoning Blend, Garlic Powder, Nutritional Yeast, Soy Oil.
