Hi I'm Jayme and I'm 16 years old, 5.9 and I would like to get a skinny body
When I started high school I was gaining weight. I never really cared until 8 months ago. I use to be skinny but over the years I gained weight. Beginning of sophomore year in high school I was 170. My boyfriend told me I should start eating healthier and watch what I ate. So I started to do that. With in a a couple weeks I got use to dieting. By the beginning of summer I lost nearly 15 lbs. But then I stopped watching what I ate and how much I ate. I stayed the same weight of 150. When school started this year I found it hard to get back onto a diet. I've been at a constant weight around 147-150. I just can't seem to get a lot of motivation. Even though I really wanna be skinnier, have a figure of a normal teenager and to be able to look good in a bikini. I just find it so hard to get back onto a good diet and to lose weight in my belly. I would like to be around 130 lbs.
Can anyone help me out, please? I really need some. =)
Hiya Ive only just started, 1ST REPLY! OK firstly i would get rid of mirrors (HELPS ME), then remove yourself politely from high food meals, if you feel you are going to slip go for a nice slow walk, loosing weight is rather differcult, for everyone! , sooo enjoy being yourself, do it slowly, remember your never alone.
GOOD LUCK X
