So i decided I was going to motivate myself by writing it down in my journal on cc. It kinda helps actually i feel more motivate it....
TRY IT!
FOR AN EXAMPLE....
DAY ONE TUESDAY OCTOBER 21st
- Ate: recomended calorie goals
- Worked out: 0 hours but got out of bed today
- Feels (about today): good about reaching my calorie goals.
- Feels (in general): fat, wants to get rid of excess fat that makes me look "wide".

DAY TWO WEDNESDAY OCTOBER 22nd
- Ate: 300 calories over my goal. I'll just eat lighter tomorrow!
- Worked out: Almost 3 hours;ran hard today
- Feels (about today): Icould do better
- Feels (in general): Fat face; needs to drink water and slim down for sure

Thats a really good idea...and as far as you eating 300 over your limit with a 3 HOUR WORK OUT (wow) ...That's probably ok. In fact it's probably necessary! I would guess you were a little bit hungry after that, haha. Did you run the whole three hours?
you are one of the minority of sensible people on this calorie counter thing. your idea is very positive, and as long as 'we' don't use your idea to project our negativity or frustrations, its good for 'us'. you have the right mindset. definitely
Not to nitpick but a 3 hour workout is a tad excessive! Unless you're training for a marathon or something, I'd keep a visit to the gym at an hour and a half (with rests) for both weight days and cardio days.
That being said, this is a good idea. I need to start journaling like this again!
ohhh noo!
3 hours to me that day means..
I have physical education.
so we lift weights for 1 hour
Then i had basketball practice for 2 hours
I ate 300 over my limit to lose weight
