Herbed Red Potatoes Recipe

Potatoes, Boiled

Ingredients
1 pound small red potatoes
15 ounce chicken broth
2 sprigs fresh thyme
1 sprig fresh rosemary
1 Salt and pepper to taste
1 Fresh parsley, chopped
Directions
Clean potatoes and cut into halves or quarters depending upon size. Put in a 2-quart covered saucepan with chicken broth, thyme, rosemary, salt and pepper. Simmer, covered 10 to 15 minutes, or until tender. Garnish with chopped fresh parsley.
