Hi. I'm Carolyn.
My eating is out of control and I can't motivate myself to exercise [at all] if I do exercise, I end up giving up.
So this has got to change, obviously.
I think a workout system would help me to be consistent, so I'm starting Insanity. I know it'll be difficult but I figure I'll just work myself up to it.
I will post here EVERY DAY no matter what to motivate myself because this weight gain has got to stop! I'm not healthy and I'm not happy and it needs to change.
So this is where the cycle ends.

welcome. just make sure you're eating a minimum of 1500 calories and getting as much physical activity in your daily routines as possible. taking the stairs, walking around when waiting for something, etc. Small changes add up to big results, lasting results!!

Good for you foodiecutie! I just heard about Insanity and found your post when I did a search. Don't have the DVDs and am really curious about the results. You sound like me. I've gone completely off the wagon...again, and need to change, not happy, etc.
So, please keep posting and I'll try and get motivated too.

Well, I've been doing turbo jam instead which is totally super fun! I haven't gotten up to the 40 minute exercises yet, but I will!
