ok here's the question... Weight loss from exercise bike?
ok if i was to use an excersie bike for an hour a day does anyone know how much weight i would lose a week?????????? and would i lose any flab off my stomach?????????
( i know i've asked questions about getting the bike and for some reason i just have it stuck in my head that i really want one, so i've decided i'll get one :-) )

it's going to depend on what you are eating and your body type and composition. You will lose weight if you watch what you eat and are consistent with the riding. The problem with bikes is the don't burn fat as fast as running or the elliptical, weight bearing exercises burn fat faster. But you will see results it will just take longer.
