What do I do for at home exercising that a 225 pound girl can do?

I cant do launches, jumping jacks, or anything that involves jumping. I can do crunches, but i can do sit ups, push ups or anything like that.

Im just TOO fat.

I do got a stationary bike, and I got a tread mill and a Gazelle, but none of those helps with losing belly fat...

What do I do guys?

if you want to tone your muscles but have a problem doing the excericises you listed, try pilates/yoga. It uses small muscle movements like crunches, leg lifts and side bends (for lack of a better term). There are many ab excercises you can do where your shoulders never leave the ground. I never thought yoga and pilates could be real workouts, but they are is, I sweat like a madman when I do them!

I get on the bike for like 15 minutes, going 20-25 mph, and burn about 267 calories, is that good?

You can't pick an area to lose weight from. You can firm and tone up the muscles in a particular area, but where you lose weight first is mostly genetic. Anything that burns fat will help you lose it in the belly area, but your body might (or might not) draw more fat from a different area in the beginning.

Typically, the parts of your body that were last to gain fat are the first to lose fat.
Yeah, thats what i  have realized. But thanks for the help guys! it means a great deal!

Hey.. I'm in the same boat... it's really hard to get started cause most of the stuff is geared toward people who are already fit!! Check out my thread under fitness titled "The Girls Next Door"... that's my favorite reccomendation!!!
im so with yall with the whole jumping thing.... as far as the exercise im only a beginner as well with about the same amout of weight loss ahead and im trying ..i think the only thing keeping me half ass going is this site and the ppl are so wonderful

i do the simple stuff like 25 situps twice a day and squats as many as i can with out falling over first! im bout to go buy a walk away the pounds video cuz i have two small boys and the stroller is getting pretty heavy!! so i will try to do my walk at home..when i get the money i will get a another form of cardio..

im a stay at home mom so im always here if u ever wanna chat
