Breakfast, Bran Muffin
| 2 | cups all-bran cereal |
| 1 1/4 | cup skim milk |
| 1/2 | cup flour |
| 1/2 | cup wheat flour |
| 1/3 | cup brown sugar |
| 2 | tsp baking powder |
| 1/2 | tsp baking soda |
| 1/4 | cup butter |
| 1 | egg |
| 1 | tsp cinnamon |
| 1/3 | cup raisins |
| 1/3 | cup dried cranberries |
| 1/3 | cup chopped walnuts |
- Add milk to bran cereal.
- Mix all other ingredients. Melt butter for easier mixing.
- Spoon into large Texas style muffins cup.
- Makes 7 muffins.
- Bake at 375 degrees for 20 minutes.
