I bought a package of 6 Hershey's Chocolate special dark bar. The package says 220 calories, but the bars say 180 calories. I'm kinda confused lol. Which one would be the correct one?
The bars I buy say 220 calories. I split it into four quarters for four yummy chocolatey snacks of ~60 cals each.
I've seen the bars with 220 calories, but the bars I bought today say 180 and the hershey's website says 180 calories. I'm a little confused. I guess I'll go with the 220.
Go with the highest. That's what I always do. It's better to be 40 calories under then 40 over!
Maybe you're supposed to eat the wrapper too
? Go with the packaging. Lot's of things aren't the same. Dannon Lite n Fit Vanilla Yogurt on CC is 60 calories, on the container it lists 80.
Oh, I know the answer to the Dannon Lite n' Fit one... They actually changed the formula recently and the calorie count did change from 60 to 80 per cup. I sort of pissed me off. I was really happy with the 60 cal version.
Not sure about Hershey's, but I know Dannon actually changed their recipe or formula or whateve ryou call it fo rlight 'n fit and to make it taste better, added 20 calories. BOO to them! I used to eat that stuff all the time till my stomach hurt, until i realized i was lactose intolerant. haha.
But yea, I would go with the wrapper, seems to be the most up-to-date
Check the ounces, most of the time, the weight or ounces are hardly right, but like recommended before, go with the highest.
It is 220 because I brought 4 of them. i jus eat the whole thing and adjust my calories
The Hershey website says 180 for the bars, but I think i'll take everybody's advice and go for the higher count.
Where can I see 1/8th or 1/6th of a pie or angel food cake?
This is the best way to picture a portion of pie or cake: Draw a circle to represent the circumference of the cake or pie (9" pie? 10" cake?... Read more
