My name is mike im an amateur MMA fighter who needs to move up a weight class and Im making alot of progress but its so difficult. Some things that have helped me...

Whole grain with fiber Strawberry Pop tarts

Peanut Butter!!! (the key to weight gain)

Whole milk

Bananas

Hard boiled eggs

olive oil!

butter

sour cream

anyyy kind of nuts

take fish oil and/or flaxseed oil capsules

and my number one suggestion is a protein weight gain shake made by "BSN" its called "True Mass"

if anyone has any MEAL ideas and recipes for me...not just individual foods and snacks please let me know, thank you

CYTOGAINER helped one of my friends gain alot of weight, though it proved bad for my stomach so i discontinued use of it!
