Hi guys, new to the CC community and to the not-being-lazy side of things. =)

I'm 19, 5'5'', and have a bit of unwanted weight in my tummy and thighs.  I am totally repulsed by most meats and have been off of fatty, high-carb and red meats since I was 13.  I love fish and lean white chicken though! 

I have never taken quite proper care of myself and, on my conquest to lose weight, I hope to pick up a lot of great recipes from you all.

I hope to learn a lot from this group!  Tell me a little about yourselves and your experiences here.
