ST Goals? Lose 2lbs. a week, follow my exercise plan, <1870 calories/day
LT Goals? Lose 65lbs & keep it off!

What is your long term goal(s)?112-115 by spring break (february) and maintain my weight by taking much better care of my body. I was 111 a year and a half ago but after starting college and finding a fantastic boy friend i just let myself go.GOOD LUCK TO ALL!!!!!

What pant size are you? Depends, anywhere between 30 to 31 waist (8 to 12) but they never fit my REAR properly! Either too big in the waist or too small in the trunk! LOL
What is your short term goal(s)? Lose 3lbs by Christmas
What is your long term goal(s)? Tone more and be 10 to 15 lbs lighter for my wedding on June 14, 2008

Well, I am still the same hight but I have lost a few pounds. I just started working out at the Y and lost 10 pounds. I am now at 215. I am now at my pre pregnancy Post married weight. Now I just have about 60 to go to be a the weight I would like to be at (150-160).
HOw is everyone else doing? If any one wants a buddy system to keep you and me motivated let me know.

AAHHH yes the short people, I have actually been called a shrimp by my oldest sister (who is not much taller than myself-I guess she got called a shrimp and when I got old enough and still didn't pass her up, she decided to retire the nickname and give it to me- AAHHH, how nice).

My short term goal is to start eating more veggies and protein, exercise 30 minutes- five days a week, and loose 8 lbs. for the month of December.
My long term goal is to be a very healthy person who eatsvery well, exercise on a regular basis and be able to fit into a size 8.

I'm 32 after years of being 105 all thru my 20's at the age off 28/29 started to put on weight
I was an athletic type . lots of running , and dancing all through my 20's until i hit 29. I want to get back to my old weight 105/110 i had plastic surgery so i don't want to look top heavy so i think 110 would be great !!! I will get thier
Joined weight watchers in may have lost 10 pounds very slow process,due to not working out and not alway eating well..; (

What is your long term goal(s)? Weigh 121ish my old normal up to about 8 months ago. Also cut down on alcohol which I believe is the main culprit for my weight gain.
Caio fellow shorties!Thanks for starting this forum for the shorties. I just started this logging process last week and I've lost 3 lbs. so far. Prior to starting I lost about 23 lbs with just exercise. Now, I am focused on change in diet and cranking it up seriously.

I don't have a weight value in mind but I know it will be less than 160. I haven't been there in some time, but my body is extremely tired of carrying the weight. I have always been a pretty curvy girl, but I am heavier than I'd like on the lower end. Waist is always smaller, but in my heaviest gain I picked up the nasty fat back and a bit of tummy that I've never really had to battle. That was it! That's when the pressure kicked in to lose the gut & butt!

Hi,
I am new here, but not to losing weight. I have struggled with my weight all my life and twice before I have lost a significant amount of weight (45-50lbs). My highest I have ever been is 190 lbs. I thought I had finally taken control ~5 years ago when I started working out religiously (usually 2 hrs a day), completely changed my eating habits and dropped down to 130lbs. I was VERY happy with the way I looked (very toned and in shape from all the exercise). Unfortunately, after graduating from Graduate school, I moved overseas and was unable to maintain the level of activity I was used to and the weight started to slowly creep back on. Another move to Australia, getting married and having a baby, and falling back into my old bad eating habits has seen my weight jump back up to 165 lbs. Unfortunately, having a two year old and working full time and a husband who works late and most weekends doesn't lend itself to having a lot of free time to exercise. So now onto my stats:

Would really love to add some gym weight sessions into my workout, but the only time I really have to exercise is 5:30 am, so I have started a jogging program and plan to add in some cross training (biking and swimming) after I have built my stamina back up
