hey! anyone out there need a little motivation? feel free to pop in here. i've got a juicy tidbit for you. :D
YOU are your best inspiration! just think, think of your goals AND why you set them in the first place. are they really that important? if they are, you WILL achieve them.
look at all you have done already! that should be inspiring!!! it is to me. :D
we ALL get into ruts, so that's no problem. i always had days in a row where i would be in a rut, but then i would come back stronger & more motivated.
think of them goals! keep them. make them kind of hard, so they aren't too easy to achieve. they should be something that you need to strive for. ;) if you don't make it, then hey... at least you tried harder than you would have without them goals.
another thing is: remember that YOU are your own boss. YOU are the only one that can kick your butt & make you get out there & eat right & exercise how YOU think is fit.
just think about it. hehe YOU are your own boss AND you are always with yourself. you see what you eat. you see how you exercise. you are always there! there is no hiding from the boss!
sometimes though, the boss needs to push extra hard & sometimes the boss will approve breaks & even days off. :D
the best boss would do both, right? the best boss would pay attention to your needs & give in when necessary, right? while still pushing you and making sure that everything gets done on time & done the right way.
well, that always kept ME going & it still does. it might be silly, but i know that i'm my own boss & i'm always here & there's NO hiding from me... the boss sees every single bite, every single pushup, etc. AND the boss is pretty darned nice. LOL puts up with alot of complaining, etc!
now...
get up & get moving!!! put them brownies down!!! NO!!! don't grab the chips! do I have to come over there?!

I think your totaly right, i have a thing for cereal, i can't survive long without it, well i can but i wouldn't want too, i've been really bad today i ate 3 bowls through out the day (haha i ate the cereal, not the bowls!) Its totaly not to hard to decide whether to eat it, just count to 100 before you eat something, and by the time you've finished counting you will have convinced yourself you don't actually want it, thats what i do but not if i'm hungry, listen to your body.
I am going to Disney in June and my motivation is to not feel fat standing next to all the Princesses. We went last year and it was so much fun to get your picture with all the different characters, but this year I plan on looking better than Cinderella!
counting to 100 is a good idea, along with having a drink water & changing whatever it is that you are doing. get up & move around. just do something! exercise really helps, too.
that pic will look great next to last year's pic. save them! ;) i love looking at my fat pics. it reminds me never to go there again. nope, no way... not this time. this is lifelong!

haha you know I was reading that and I hadnt looked up to see who wrote it and I thought "this sounds just like snowfence!!" and sure enough you wrote it! You are so encouraging! I've never known you to say a single discouraging word in this whole year! I really do like that counting to 100 idea too. Have to give that whirl sometime....this weekend would be good, weekends are killer for me!
