I am a 19 year old male, and I am 5'8 and weigh only 120. I always get called skinny and such, and even though I am about average height, I feel like I could gain some weight. I just wanted to see if anyone knew a similiar situation or had any tips/ways of starting to gain weight, wheter it be diet and weight lifting, etc. Thanks!

My husband is a pretty skinny guy... he's about 5'9'' and weighs roughly 135lbs.  He doesn't really work out much anymore, not sure why..., but he gained weight for a while weight lifting.  Nothing serious, but maybe 10lbs or so.  It was like a boys night out -- going to the gym 2-3 nights a week with a couple friends.

Also, now that Brent is just over 30, he is starting to gain weight more naturally... although if he doesn't get busy working out, it may not be the kind of weight he wants!  Good luck!
