I'm Erin, i just recently decided i needed to start eating a little better and get back into *somewhat* of the shape i was in high school. I thought this website would help me keep track of what i was eating so i could evaluate it and see where i needed help.
i lost 2 pounds last week :) only 8 more to go! and a lot of the recipes on this site are REALLY tasty. i always have to make more than the recommendation though because i'm also feeding my 3 male roommates. dang growing boys.
