I'm a 28 year old woman trying to shed a few pounds. Well, more like 20. I actually have never been on a diet or counted calories or anything like that! I'm a fairly active person, but I LOVE to eat! I do eat a lot of healthy foods, but I want to focus on portion control and eating more fruits and veggies. This is actually my first day of keeping a log, and I really think it will help me make better choices!
I also went out while my kiddo was down for a nap and jogged/ walked around my neighborhood for half an hour with my ipod. I had fun and want to go out and do that more often.
Well, I'll be around to see how everyone does things and how people progress!
