I'm almost to week 4 of the nrolfw. It's been going great! The prone jackknife's were really freaking ugly when I first started, and my wrists hurt more than my core, but I can finally do them. It's amazing how quickly I've been able to up the weights on some exercises (like deadlifts and squats)  and pathetic how slowly I've increased weights on the shoulder presses. I have a friend I do the workout with. We keep all the equipment in the closet under my stairs, and we celebrate the end of each workout with the light muscle milk powder blended  with fat free milk in my bullet. =) Melkor from the fitness forums mentioned this group, so I just wanted to come introduce myself. Look forward to talking to you guys.

Welcome to the group. :)  I'm on Stage 1, Workout B and am just finishing up my last 2 (workouts 7&8).  Just wanted to say hi and wish you good luck.  I've developed collar bones, calf muscles, & some muscles in my arms...I wish my tummy would get smaller but it's all in time I guess.

Hey Jla! Thanks for the welcome! I'm glad I found this group. If nothing else, it's nice to see I'm not the only one who struggled with the prone jacknife =) I already feel like my upper body looks tighter and more defined. Still a ways to go, but I love the results so far. You're getting ready to go into stage 2?
