Hey guys!
Sometime last week I was looking through the messages and I came across one that said "if you want to lose weight you multiple the your goal weight to 12 to see how much calories you need to eat" something like that. I just wanted to say that was very helpful whoever posted it and I'm so mad I didn't the person. but if you come across the plea reply to me back please because I have another quesition about it for instance does that mean I don't have to exercise as often but keep track or what? If you see this please reply.
