Hey everyone. My name is Nikki. I am 15 years old. I am 5ft. 11 in. Yes I know that sounds tall and it is. I weigh 168 pounds I want to get down to at least 155 by December-January. I know I am not fat, but I really want to get down to that "perfect" weight. To me that is to the point of where I feel good about myself. I want to get rid of my belly and thighs! Everytime I try I just fail. I really need some ideas for weight loss and eating HEALTHY! Thanks so much and I am so excited to reach my goal!
keep in mind about how tall u are lol. you dont wanna get too carried away with losing weight. since u are already almost where u want to be as far as ur weight goes, i think alll u will need to do is increase ur physical activity. make sure u get enough sleep and dont starve urself! thats a bad idea and only makes u gain weight. good luck :)
