has anyone got any good wokout iddeas to make my goal reachablee in time ? or any diet plans ?

Hi Maddy, and welcome to Calorie Count!
Please DO NOT try to lose any more weight. You are already at the low end of the healthy range for your height, and losing 16 more pounds would make you medically underweight. Instead, you should focus on eating a healthy, nutritious diet (including at least 3 meals per day!) and possibly doing some strength training to "firm up" and improve your body composition.
If you want to tell me what sort of foods you are already eating, I can help you figure out a healthy meal plan, if you like.
erm i usually just eat when my mum makes me, i dnt usually eat breakfast or lunch unless i feel realy sick/dizzy. i eat mabye like a quorn chicken fillet with a spoon of potato or veg. today iv had a quorn taco. this any help ? xx
Wow, that doesn't sound like enough food! Since you are 16, your body and brain are still growing and developing, so you need to make sure you are getting enough nutrition. Have you lost weight eating that way? If you are eating quorn, does that mean that you are vegetarian or vegan?
im vegetarian. i was 55 or 56 kgs when i got took into the nurses room and weighed a few weeks ago at school ( i dnt kno y tho , no one else in my yr had to go ) and now im like going between 52, 53 kg all the time
when i was 11/12 , i always saw myself as rly fat, and i kinda done the same thing , and i managed to lose a stone and half ( 20 lbs mabye ? ) in the space of like 6 weeks, and i want to be able to do that again , but im just finding it soo hard !
When you only weigh 116 pounds, it is unrealistic that you can lose 16 pounds in 40 days. The best way to lose weight is SLOWLY by eating a balanced diet and by eating enough calories for your age and weight. You are only 16 and at a healthy weight.

unlikely you are going to get to 100 especially if by eating nothing you are maintaining 116. you're growing up... get used to it
