i am new here and i am having trouble...i have a question about the calories i am eatting. What is the minimum about of calories that i should have each day for a healthy diet. because i kno that i am not suppose to burn more than 1000 calories per day so i was just wondering what the lowest safe calorie amount per day would i mean i kno u cant crash diet and no calories that isnt good but i mean like is 200 too low what about 800 is that too low of a calorie intake for one day?

1200 for a girl, 1500 for a boy... or else your body will go into starvation mode, so it stores fat and slows your metabolism so eventually you'll gain weight... so yeah, 1200 for a lady, and 1500 for a man
You should be totalling at least 1200 calories a day (and that includes subtracting what you've burned for the day through exersise). The tools on the site will give you a good idea of how much you should eat to safely and slowly lose weight (the tortoise is right this time!)

It is recommended to never go below 1200 calories if you are a female, because your body will go into starvation mode and it is possible that you might gain weight, besides doing serious damage to your body. (1500 calories if you are male).

-The heart needs 12% of the calories (144 cals)
-The kidney needs 12% of the calories (144 cals)
-The Liver needs 23% of the calories (276 cals)
-The brain needs 23% of the calories (276 cals)
-The skeletal muscle needs 30% of the calories (360 cals)
