i'm new here, looking for new friends, with great ideas and support. i am 19 years old. 5'7'' and about 135lbs. i'm not really looking to lose a lot of weight. i would like to be at about 130lbs, maintain it, and tone. two years ago i had an ED and dropped from about 140 to 110ish, i dealt with a lot of stress over the last 2 years and gained weight, at times a little more than what i should have [to me]. i find myself having a hard time going and actually working out. i work a lot and just like to relax at home. i like running, but it's hard to stay motivated by that. i don't really have a hard time eating healthy, just a hard time finding new varities and not getting bored. if it was up to me, i would just like to eat healthy and not work out. lol. =]

sooo just wanted to say hi to everyone and make some new friends.
