Hg's Miracle Mashies Recipe

Healthier version of mashed potatoes from www.hungry-girl.com

Ingredients
1 large potato
3 cups cauliflower
3 tbsp. fat free sour cream
5 g. (about 25 sprays) I Can't Believe It's Not Butter
1 pepper to taste
1 garlic to taste
Directions
  1. Boil water

  2. Peel and chop potato into cubes

  3. Add potato and cauliflower to boiling water

  4. Once water starts boiling again reduce heat to medium and cook for 15-20 min.

  5. Drain water and pour into large bowl

  6. Add sour cream, butter spray, salt, pepper and mash with potato masher!
