Healthier version of mashed potatoes from www.hungry-girl.com
| 1 | large potato |
| 3 | cups cauliflower |
| 3 | tbsp. fat free sour cream |
| 5 | g. (about 25 sprays) I Can't Believe It's Not Butter |
| 1 | pepper to taste |
| 1 | garlic to taste |
- Boil water
- Peel and chop potato into cubes
- Add potato and cauliflower to boiling water
- Once water starts boiling again reduce heat to medium and cook for 15-20 min.
- Drain water and pour into large bowl
- Add sour cream, butter spray, salt, pepper and mash with potato masher!
