Hey Adrienne,

This group is pretty quiet, tho I try to troll it each day at work :P.

If you have any questions, need anything, or just want to chat, I'll be trolling!!

Hi!

This group is way too quiet, but we can add some life to it! Hope to chat soon Adrienne - tell us something about yourself. Laughing

Hi!

About me.... well I'm a special education teacher, soccer coach and I run a drama club each year. I work part-time for Big Brothers big Sisters also. My schedule hasn't been that great for my diet.... but it's getting better.

How about you guys??

I'm a law student and will be starting my second year in 2 weeks. My time has pretty much been consumed with reading and studying for the last year. I've tried to motivate myself to diet/excerise for awhile and normally I fall off the wagon within a few months. Here I am - back at it! Hopefully this time I can make a lifestyle change.

Soccer coach sounds like a great start to any diet/excerise plan, I wish I had time to be more active in the community, good for you!

I work as a programmer, sit in front of a computer all day. I finished school a month or so ago, thank god I was so sick of school. I have lost a bit of weight over the last 2 years, about 60 pounds or so. Trying to peel the last 10 or so pounds of belly fat off, its slow going. I go through phases of maintaining my weight depending on motivation and then going to lose it, hence why its taken me 2 years.

Hi all,

This group does tend to get quiet during the week.  I spend all day on the computer so at night I don't really log on that much and my office is pretty tight on internet use. Big brother is always watching, lol.

A little about me, I'm 29 yrs old, married about a year, and I work in a law firm down town. I've been overweight my entire life. At around 200 lbs. this is the lightest I've ever been. I'm kinda on again off again with watching what I eat and exercising, but I've managed to keep off about 20 pounds this year. I'm really trying to crack down and listen to my hunger and keep up with the exercising. No more of this on again, off again nonsense. I set a goal of completing a 5K so I'm using that to motivate me to stay on track.

What do you find helps you stay on track?

Hi Adrienne,

I live in East Goshen so we are practically neighbors! Good luck with your goals and movitation. I have a buddy that I am doing this with and we meet each week and walk and talk about our progress and our challenges and it has really helped.

Donna
