I started a week ago. I have learned a lot from calorie count plus. I have 50 lbs to lose. I do aerobics with Denise Austin in the mornings at 6:30.
Thats basically the only exercise I get. It has not been too hard for me as far as counting calories. I hope this works!! Smart ones from weight watchers are good for lunch. They are in the frozen section at the grocery store.
Just take one step at a time my friend.. Good luck!.. i know you can achieve your goals.. ;) Welcome to CC..
