I'm just introducing myself. My name's Sarah and I just started this week with my "All right! Get Serious!" workout. My goal is to drop from 163 to 145 pounds by my birthday. I'm 28 and I can already tell that my body isn't as responsive as it was four years ago. It's a big wake-up call, but I have to start somewhere and I'm proud of myself for doing that. So, hello! My name is Vicki and I started last week. I'm not over weight, but I have had two kids and I have some extra baggage im not used to, and I don't want it to stick around. I joined a gym in february, but i needed some more motivation. I think I have found it through this website. I am 23 and currently weigh 137 pounds. Hope to hear from you :D
Hello! My names Danielle, I'm 31, weight 166 and would love to be in the 150 range. I go to kickboxing twice a week (I burn about 600-700 cal. in a workout). I ride my bike and try to strength train but I find it very boring. I have been part of C.C. for a few years but I never was very serious bout food logs. That is the part I need the most help in! Any help encouragement along with way would be great! My toughest obstical is getting more protein in my diet... Good Luck All!
One more quick thing...I know the number on the scale isn't everything, so I measure my hips, waist, and bust once a week to see changes in my size too.

So far, I'm doing really well with updating my activity logs and food logs. What's sort of helped me is thinking that it's a tool that will really help me and so I'm USING it. Never surrender!

glad to hear you are going strong :) I need to get a journal I can keep with me everywhere I go. trying to set down and remember every little thing you ate how many oz of this and that is hard at the end of the day. my husband and i worked out together today, which was nice. he is army and had an extra day off today for the july 4th weekend. i should try to get to bed soon.
