I am so... happy I have found this website. I recent hit and passed the 200 lbs mark and decided I had to do something about this. I was thin my whole life. I was one of those girls who ate whatever I wanted and was skinny. I was 120 lbs when I got pregnant with my daughter. Four years later I am 200 lbs. I have tried lots of things but I am learning that good old fashioned diet and exercise is the only way it is going to come off.  A couple of things I have noticed is that I excercise more on the weekends and I am on a very minimal diet 1250 per day so I'm not sure how much more I should eat when I am more active. I read somewhere that i should maintain a 500 calorie burn per day. Is that right? Also I have bad migranies and I can't have artificial sweetners like aspartame which is in almost every diet soda and drink out there so if anyone has any ideas I would appreciate it!
