I'm Carol, I only joined the site a couple of days ago so please be patient with me!

I'm 19, 5ft8 and looking to lose 20 lbs over the next few months (preferably by starting uni again at end of September).  I'm cutting portions, and being more strict about exercise. I've cut out coffee, I was drinking 3 or 4 cups a day with 2 sugars each time, so hopefully that will make a difference. I'm drinking earl grey tea with lemon juice instead.

My main problem is that with exercise I tend to stick with what I like, which means I miss out areas, and don't work myself as hard as I should. I'd love to get a free personal trainer session at the gym I go to, but I'm very very shy and the guys there scare me a bit! And I have no idea where to start on making a system for myself.

This site looks great for support, so I'm looking forward to getting to know people!
