Hi everyone

Hi every one, I am a recovering anorexic. I am a seventeen year old boy who is six feet tall and I used to weigh about 170 lbs, but for some reason something got into my brain and I lost about 40lbs. I was hospitalized, then once I was stable I came out and started seeing a nutritionist and social worker. Right now they gave me a meal plan and its very hard to follow, I never get enough of what they are asking. The medical doctor wants me to gain a pound to two pounds per week, but I am sorta afriad to do this, and I don't know why. The nutritionist recommened me getting 3250-3500 a day to gain at least a pound a week, but I have strange thoughts that something bad will happen, and I don't know why. I am not allowed to do anything I normally do, such as get any exercise and this really bothers me, and I just think about food all day and when it comes to eat it, I don't want to. I really want to get better, but I'm just looking for support. THanks
