I normally eat normal food (everything). I try to eat 6 times a day or more and always have 100 calorie snacks in between that i eat when i get a craving.

Hope this helps.

mmmm.... Pitta bread filled with salad (peppers, tomato, lettuce, onion) with oil/fat free dressing - plus a nice corn on the cob - minus the butter :) thats what I had for my lunch today and loved it :) :) nice... or homemade vegetable soup? (butternut squash, onion, red pepper? delish)

I like having a whole wheat pita pocket stuffed with hummus, cucumbers, peppers, lettuce, and it would probably be good with some grilled chicken, too.  Bring the hummus in a seperate container, though, or it will get all soggy if you put it on the pita too far ahead.

rachel that sounds delicious!  What a great idea!

fruits and veggies in general are low calorie since they contain alot of water. have a salad with a low calorie dressing. =)

Yeah, it's super delicious. =D

I pack massive containers of cooked boccolli in my lunch to prevent me from snacking.
