I have been on this site for a year now, ok, I have been a member for a year; not necessarily an active participant.

I am changing that, right now. I think that this is another way to keep motivated. In the past year I have gained and lost the same 10 lbs....I know things  I shouldn't be doing, but do. I just have those moments, that lead to days and weeks, and now 1 whole year.

I have limited myself to wearing my clothes that I once wore, as they still fit, but are tight. I refuse to wear spanx or control hosiery to wear them. I need to lose the weight, so my clothes are just waiting for me patiently.......

I am 38, 5'8" and 130, should be 120 because of my injuries, the new weight is just too much, and my body feels it. So I am going to lose the weight and get on with life.....

I thought I would stop in and say Hi.
