Just wanted to introduce myself. My name is Allyssa and I started working out - watching what I've eaten for about 2 weeks now. 2-24-09 is my start date. I have lost 5 bs. so far. I am 35 (36 on the 17th) married (10 yrs. to a great guy) and have 3 kids - 5,15, &18 - I work full time - normally... (I am on a layoff right now waiting to go back to work around the first - hopefully) I sit at a desk all day on a normal basis. And have gained more than I had realized. How does that happen - I guess I just haven't looked in a mirror in awhile - lol.
My start weight was 184 and I am currently at 179, I am 5'5" and that's about all I know... lol.
I am going on my first vacation in forever with my best friend's family and our family for my birthday/spring break and hope to lose...just a little more than I have before then. I really want to get in a bathing suit (we're going to the beach) but doubt that it will happen yet without some BIG cover up over me. lol That's my goal - not covering EVERYZTHING up this summer like I always do - I'll leave this weekend so I really need to get on the ball for this week. I work out at the gym - at home and love to walk.
