Hi i need help losing weight and gaining muscle.  Since im so young i dont want to stunt my growth. Im 14 and 5'9 and still growing but if i start lifting weigts again i could be short and im planning to be 6 foot soon. What sould i do?

Hello!  I think because of your age, the best thing for you to do is to consult with a doctor.  Regular exercise can't hurt.  Start with some cardio but definately go to have a check up at the dr's and see what they say!
