I am a Canadian, 16 year old, slightly overweight girl (currently 155- but I've been up to 170! Ewwgh), and my current goal is to eat better, look better, and feel better. Trying to get myself looking good in a bikini too.

I intend to get myself down to about 137-140 range, wherever I look good. I have a large frame and I'm 5'5, so its pretty appropriate. I also want to keep my boobs and hips, lol. :)

So far, my methods have been eating a higher protein, filling breakfast, and rollerblading/in-line skating about 30-60 minutes a day or so.

I just signed up yesterday, and am dutifully keeping my food log- looks bad though, so far. :S I didn't even touch 800 calories yesterday and I did a lot of high intensity rollerblading. I dunno, I just wasn't hungry. And today, I reached almost 2000 calories- I blame it on not starting with a good breakfast (SOMEBODY ATE THE LAST OF MY YOGURT!! AGHH!) and probably having my body freak out from yesterday. I didn't get a chance to work it off either, and I won't for a while- exam time! :/

Anyway, that is some of my rambling, and I hope to get to know you all. <3
