I'm new and old at the same time - 45yrs old, but new to this forum. So far I've lost 40lbs from my 310 and now float around 270 (and have done for 4 weeks now); I'm really plateauing and it's frustrating as I spend 2 doing cario, an hour of free weights, and a HIIt session every second day (High Intensity Interval Training), but alas this isn't why I'm posting.
Iam actually looking for some support with this website. I eat the same breakfast and lunch daily, and my dinners vary really only with the protein I'm eating. I also have 2 snack and would love to be able to simply copy everything I entered for food today and paste it into my intake for tomorrow, and then change the couple items that are different. I tagged all my choices, but I didn't see this function. Also there is only 1 "snack", can I add another "snack" or do I have to simply enter it all into the one place?
