New here. My name is Mikayla. I work with Del Monte and live in California. I'm in my mid-30s and have 2 kids. I lost 15 pounds about two years ago, but gained it all back. Am currently trying to lose it and more again right now. I've been pretty strict w/my eating and walk 4 miles a day on the treadmill. Unfortunately, I haven't seen a loss of more than 1 pound a week. Was hoping it'd go a little faster than that. Anyway, looking forward to getting some tips, etc. here.

Well how much are you currently eating? Your loss also depends on your intake, not just expenditure. Well, good luck :)
