First of all I want to say that I think this is an awesome webpage with lots of helpfull information! And the community is great! I started reading posts, success stories and articles a week ago, and every day there is something new to learn about healthy lifestyle and exercise.

I used to be pretty active when I was younger. I did ballette for ten years, of course regular school sports, ride my bike pretty much every where I went, and never really had to think about what I was eating. But I've gotten used to driving all the time and moved less and less, also I have had depressions ever since I was sixteen, thus and because of a lack of exercise (stopped dancing etc) my weight started bouncing up and down. I am trying to change my lifestyle without slipping back into the old one (and I am working on my depressions). And I think this is the best place to be (besides the fitness center that I recently joined and love) to continuously do so.
