Hi.  This is my first post.  I have been on the web site for a while, but have never posted.  I am 19.  I have been heavy all of my life.  I am on a sports team, and I am good, but I am slow, so I figured the extra 40 lbs I am carrying with me isn't helping.  Last summer I lost 20 lbs.  Over the school year I get busy, so I just maintained.  This summer I want to lose another 20lbs.  I counted cals last summer and it worked pretty well, so I figured doing it again would be good.  I don't over eat with my meals, but when I eat a snack, I tend to binge a little.  Just wanted to say hi to everybody and good luck dieting.

Welcome to the site.  This is my first week of being here and its awesome.  I have been really motivated and that means a whole lot to me.  This is my 4th day and I have been doing awesome so far.  We can all do this together.
