hi, i'm new to the site.
my husband and i just joined and each of us are trying to shed some pounds.
right now we are learning how to count the calories and log the activities we do through out our day. we are also trying to walk but with it being so cold out we have not gotten out as much as we should.
hopefully as a team we can get down to the weight we would like to be.

Being part of a weight loss team can be both very helpful and detrimental (from my experience). You got to stay strong when he wants to waver, and make sure he does the same so that together you'll stay right on track.
