My name is Candy. I have been struggling with my wight for the last four years. I have gained 25 pounds it thoes years and am getting pretty discourged. I thought that my body could not lose waight.
Then I fell upon Calorie Count. The sight is wonderful. I am seeing just how many calories I am consuming. This is a good reality check. I have also been logging my activities . Calories Count is like taking Nutrition 101. I have lost 13 pounds and am feeling better.
