HI my name is Brittney and I am expecting my first child Feb 2010. My husband and I couldn't be more excited. I too have been a yo yo dieter and hit my highest at 170 and it was the darkest time for me I am currently 155 due to pregnancy but pre pregnancy i weighed 146 and i was on an active diet and looking to target 130 lbs I am 5' 8". I am hoping to receive some advice for loosing weight while caring for a little one.

hey,

personally i would try to just get in what you can, at first it may be hard but even cardio videos, if you have a gym membership some take 6week old babies some take a little bit older like 3-4 months, you just have to remember that you can do it regardless. my babies slept a lot so you could even get it in during a nap or something, eating healthy, remember (as i said in the other post) im not sure you could probably google it, but if you want to breastfeed you may not be able to cut calories low in the beginning. just staying active and stay positive remember the weight brought you the little one. lol with both my kids i kept myself smiling by remembering that every amount of stretch marks, stretched skin, swollen breasts, and weight gain brought me their bright smiling faces lol. (that doesnt take away from the fact that i could have done without all of that but still gotten my babies, but its worth it) so worth it. good luck!
