May I ask why you don't like that weight? Well I hope you succeed.Laughing

Because I am rather tall (5"8) and I look somewhat ill because I am very thin (you can see my ribs Frown)

one can see ribs.. lol

i know the feeling.. but hey look at the bright side, we can get hard rock abs in a time period of like a week Laughing

Ok, what you want to actually do is, just like i'm been doing, get into a gym. Most people think that you get into a gym is to loose weight, not if you do some weight lifting. I am a hard gainer, meaning that I struggle to gain pounds or to keep them. I joined a gym and bought one of those protein shakes with Creatine on GNC (i bought Amplified Mass XXX) and started gaining weigh in a matter of a few weeks. Progress has been slow, I started at 135 lbs (btw i'm tall too, i'm 6'01") which is considered as mildly underweight, (you could also see my ribs), my current goal is 180 lbs... right now i'm at 144 lbs, but I still look kinda skinny but my ribs dont show as before. I gaining weight but not on fat, but muscle which is heavier than fat. So, i would recomend the following.

1. Start eating healthy.

2. Get into a gym and start lifting weights.

3. Get a protein shake with creatine. (remember to drink lots of water)
