Phew, I finally figured out how to work this thing! ![]()
I'm 5ft 9", and I weigh 155lbs at the moment (down from 175lbs). I'm hoping I can get down to 140 by Easter time!
I've been trying to lose more for ages, but I can't seem to stay motivated on my own!
I'm good at motivating others, but I can't seem to stick to it! Help!

well u seem to be doing well so far - 20lbs! Thats really good - how long has that taken you. you must be motivated to lose that much. Its always hard to loose the last few pounds too.
