My name is caitlin and im a young teen. I used to be over weight and I am always scared im going to gain it back. I want to mantain the weight I am at now for as long as I can. If anyone can offer ways to mantain weight and tone the body I would appreciate it. Thanks

Heya caitlin, well we need to congragulate you when you stay the same then! It's good to see that you're trying to keep the weight off, i personally, and alot of others on here, lose weight and then get into old habit and put it all on again! I've heard the stories, but thats why this site is so good!
As for toning, there's sit ups and push ups, i'm doing them, just a few a day, i'm adding like 5 more each week, these help tone your stomach and i think push ups do arms... I don't want excess skin when im done!
The cross trainers at gyms are very good! They tone all parts of you!
I know weights are scarey because they put on muscle but they are by far the best way any of my friends have found, a lowish weight with lots of reps are very good. The thing with that is that you may put on a few pounds but you have to remember they're good pounds to make you look better not bad ones!!
